The UFC returns after a one-week break Saturday with UFC 251, and the promotion’s popular “Embedded” series is back to help build the excitement ahead of the action.
UFC 251 takes place in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN and early prelims on UFC Fight Pass/ESPN+.
After the late addition of Kamaru Usman (16-1 MMA, 11-0 UFC) vs. Jorge Masvidal (35-13 MMA, 12-6 UFC) for the welterweight on late notice, three title fights are official with Alexander Volkanovski (21-1 MMA, 8-0 UFC) vs. Max Holloway (21-5 MMA, 17-5 UFC) set to rematch for the featherweight belt in the co-main event and Jose Aldo (28-6 MMA, 10-5 UFC) vs. Petr Yan (14-1 MMA, 6-0 UFC) for the vacant bantamweight strap on the card, too.
The sixth episode of “Embedded” follows the featured fighters as fight week continues, as they finish up their final preparations. After media obligations, the fighters hit the scales and square off for the final time before fight night.
